Delivery and Returns

Delivery 

We visit the Post Office every working day Monday-Friday and sometimes on a Saturday if we are able. If the item(s) you have ordered are in stock we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours.

Techcushions 

We try to keep available stock of the most popular designs of Techcushions but frequently your order will be made up as required. When we receive your order we will email to let you know how long it will take us to dispatch your order. In busy times such as in November and December your patience is appreciated. I try to work as fast as I can to dispatch orders in a timely manner. 

We will send you an email to confirm your order has been dispatched. Please contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within the time specified.

We are unable to split the delivery of an order between two addresses. We know our products make excellent gifts, so should you happen to be treating yourself and someone else, you will need to place two separate orders online.

All our delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third-party involvement where delays occur to deliveries.

UK Standard - £3.99. FREE on orders over £40
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class.
Usually arrives within 1-3 working days* after dispatch, although can occasionally take longer.

UK Standard Delivery - Art/Design Books and some Notebooks - £2.50

Free on orders over £40. All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class. Usually arrives within 1-3 working days* after dispatch, although can occasionally take longer.

Please note that if you order a Techcushion and an Art book both of the delivery charges will be added to the order. Unfortunately due to their size both products would need to be sent separately incurring two postal fees.  

UK Special Delivery - from £5.95
Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next-Day Guaranteed by 1pm. Up to £500 insurance for loss or damage. This service does not include delivery on a Saturday.

This service is not currently offered as a option at checkout. If you need your order quickly please contact us and we will do our best to dispatch it using RMSD. This is dependant on whether your selected Techcushion is in stock and doesn't have to made up first. You should receive your order the next working day* after we ship it.* See additional information below.

International - £8.99

Royal Mail International Economy
Usually arrives within 5-40 days after dispatch depending on which country your order is going to, although can occasionally take longer. This service is not tracked. There are other trackable options available. Please contact us for more details and a more accurate cost. 

Customs

Our products are shipped from the UK and sold on an unpaid Delivery Duty basis. With this in mind, please be aware that you may have to pay Import Duty or a Formal Customs Entry Fee upon, or prior to, delivery if you don't live in the UK. If you're unsure how this will affect the overall cost of your order, please check your Local Legislation rules.

* Working Days are Monday-Friday and do NOT include weekends.

Returns policy

We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if it isn't what you expected  or it’s not up to scratch, don’t worry, just send it back to us within 28 days and providing it is in it's original condition, we’ll gladly refund or exchange it for you.

If you are returning products that are not faulty, then the cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility.We recommend you use a recorded delivery service and obtain proof of postage. 

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

When returning any undamaged/non-faulty items to us, please try to ensure that it is returned in the same condition as when you first bought it, ensuring the tags are still attached. Please ensure you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely and not damaged in transit in it's original packaging where possible.

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will process it as quickly as possible. After it has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, refunding the cost of your returned item(s) including the original postage charge. Cancellations and Amendments

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, do contact us as soon as possible to let us know. If we haven't dispatched it we will refund you immediately back onto the card you used. If we have already dispatched your order unfortunately you will have to wait to receive the parcel and return it back to us using the procedure above.
